Not sure why there are so many bad reviews around, I was extremely worried, however I hadn’t received checkin instructions and messaged them on my way to hotel, and was done before I arrived, no problem getting into or out of the parking lot with a ford ranger. Straight up to the room and was clean tidy and very comfortable for one night, as smokers we thought we’d be left out in the back of the parking lot like many places however they have a nice area away from people so you can have a smoke in peace and not inconvenience others. Close to the airport and an easy 5 min drive over. Breakfast was also nice.

Large clean room. Very strong water pressure. Good security. Easy walk down to the riverside area with a myriad of dining and drinking restaurants and cafes. Also has a very impressive IGA. Good location at a good price.

Very clean, great location and good value for money. Parking secure. Short walk to the Portside area. Good facilities in room and really good shower. Staff were helpful on the phone when I struggled to do the check in. Now we know, we are staying again later this month.

Staff were very accommodating in putting me on the ground floor. Room was clean (Room 4)bed was comfortable with great pillows. Table and chairs, coffee and tea, soaps, shampoo, and conditioner supplied. Dinner available at on-site restaurant, which could also be delivered to room for orders over $19 and the menu was varied, and the chicken schnitzel was delicious!

Everything we needed. Lots of room. More than enough laundry and dishwasher soap. Large bedroom and bed and lots of pillows. Great shower and bathroom. Walking distance to lots of great restaurants. The hotel itself has very nice feel and facilities Overall, great room for the money. Also had two big windows to outside and very large patio with table and chairs.

We stayed here after our return from a cruise. A short cab ride from the new Brisbane International Cruise Teminal. The property is located within walking distance of restaurants and shops. The room was spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable. The site has 2 pools, a spa and a sauna, great for a relax after a day's travel.

Loved the online check-in and codes for the doors text to you.. loved the pools and sauna. Loved the location and that the rooms were clean and tidy. Loved the underground parking as well.

Great location not far from the airport. The restaurant food was great. Check in was very easy via a code. The shower pressure was amazing and the room was clean and had everything we needed for a quick overnight stop.
